Life's unexpected moments

Life's unexpected moments
The futile plans of mice and men
Disrupted in the least expected moment
I felt sarcasm, God mocked me today
While laying flat on the icy ground, musing
The pain engulfed, suffocating will
The sky stared in the ironic disposition
I stared back in agony, why me , why now
Cold mixed with a pain, the grains of frustration sprouted
Walking, the tears fading amidst the rainy drops
Each step putting the goosebumps on the spine
Was I just running , rushing for the job
The turtle pace is all that left for me to hold
How is fragile life , given the one chance to live
We are not treasuring the hours, the years under sun
Till destiny obliging, pinning to the wall, leaving to hang
Helplessly waving limbs in air, like the insects in the entomology collection..
realization comes to ring the bell
Of wasting energy on silly thing that unimportant
